1. Returns Policy

• You may return a product within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags intact.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, or only a partial refund may be provided.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• The product must be in original condition, with all tags intact.
• You may exchange the product for another item of the same value or higher. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.
• Products can only be exchanged once.

3. Additional Notes

• Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
• AIMER reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
