AIMER Shipping Policy and Duties
1. Shipping Policy
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on the destination.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days for faster delivery options.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather conditions or customs processing.
• Shipping Costs:
• Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. You can track your order on the shipping provider’s website.
2. International Shipping & Duties
• International Orders: AIMER offers international shipping to selected countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary based on the destination.
• Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
• AIMER is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional fees that may be imposed during the shipping process.
• Order Refusal: If you refuse to accept the shipment due to duties or taxes, the order will be returned to AIMER, and a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs and any return fees.
3. Shipping Restrictions
• Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific locations due to local regulations or customs restrictions. In such cases, AIMER will notify you and offer alternative solutions.
4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
• Lost Packages: If your package is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@bstoreinternational.com. We will work with the shipping provider to locate your package or process a replacement.
• Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will provide assistance to replace or refund the damaged item.
